What I Learned After Losing My Job in 2022

My Moment of Truth

Hi, this is Jasper.

I used to be a corporate leader.
I was used to meetings, targets, and long hours.

But in 2022… I was made redundant.

Suddenly, my phone went quiet.
The routine disappeared.
The salary stopped.

At first, I told myself, “I’ll find something again soon.”

But as time went on… the weight started to sink in.

There were bills I couldn’t pay right away.
Due dates I had to push back because there simply wasn’t enough.

And sometimes… when my kids would ask for something,
I’d pause—thinking how I could say, “Not yet… not now.”

I was at home… but my mind was full of worry.
I was with my family… but I still felt like I was falling short as a provider.

And every time I look at them, I’m reminded why I can’t give up.

One day, nag-message ang dati kong kaklase—si Pao.

“Jas, baka ito na ‘yung hinahanap mo. Just listen.”

Sa totoo lang, hesitant ako.

Ilang beses na rin akong sumubok ng iba’t ibang opportunities before—lalo na ‘yung networking.

Hindi naging maganda ang experience ko.

Kaya sabi ko sa sarili ko, “Baka ganun na naman ito.”

Pero naisip ko rin… wala namang mawawala kung makikinig ako.

So nag-decide akong alamin.

Habang nag-e-explain siya, napansin ko… Parang mas bagay ito sa situation ko ngayon.

Something na puwede kong gawin habang nasa bahay.
Something na hindi ko kailangang iwan ang pamilya ko.

My Transition

Dito nagsimula ang malaking pagbabago.

Unti-unti akong nag-transition from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur.

Hindi pa man ako debt-free, pero may pumapasok nang mas maayos na

income buwan-buwan.

Mas marami na akong oras para sa asawa at mga anak ko.

Hindi ko na kailangang bumalik sa dating 8am–8pm

routine na halos wala na akong oras sa kanila.

Mas panatag ang loob ko ngayon. Mas malinaw ang direksyon ko.

The System I Followed

Ito yung narealize ko… Hindi ako nag-succeed dahil magaling ako.

👉 Nag-succeed ako dahil may sinundan akong system.

Ganito lang kasimple:

✔ Step 1 – I got started and created my account
✔ Step 2 – I followed a simple, step-by-step guide
✔ Step 3 – I applied it consistently, kahit paunti-unti

Walang guesswork. Walang sariling diskarte agad.

👉 Sumunod lang ako sa proseso.

Hindi ka Mag-isa Dito

IIto yung malaking difference sa mga nasubukan ko dati. Hindi ka iiwan mag-isa.

✔ May step-by-step training
✔ May guide kung ano ang unang gagawin
✔ May support kapag may tanong ka
✔ May community na kasama mo sa journey

👉 Hindi mo kailangan maging magaling. Kailangan mo lang marunong sumunod.

My Why

❓ “Madali ba ito, Jasper?”


Hindi. Pero mas madali ito kaysa araw-araw kang nag-aalala kung saan kukuha ng pambayad.

❓ “Kailangan ba ng malaking puhunan?”


Hindi. Mas kailangan ang bukas na isip at consistency.

Dati, pakiramdam ko loser ako dahil nawalan ako ng trabaho.


Ngayon, pakiramdam ko winner ako dahil nakahanap ako ng bagong paraan para bumangon — at natutunan kong maging entrepreneur nang hindi iniiwan ang pamilya ko.
